If you are interested in publishing a popular work with us, please follow these guidelines:

Submission Guidelines

  • One recommendation letter from a reviewer
  • CV/Resume
  • Book proposal that addresses the following: the type of book and its popular need, how the work will address this need, your intended audience, and your projection for its success. A detailed synopsis of the work along with the table of contents, chapter summaries, and a working bibliography. Tell us how the proposed work is distinctive from others on the market and how this work will fit into our Press’s publications. Finally, be sure to include a writing timeline and a projected date of completion.
  • All academic submissions must be formatted in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Chicago Manual of Style. Submissions not adhering to this format will be returned to the author for necessary revisions.
  • Submissions should be written in clear, readable English. If an author’s writing indicates that English is their second language, they are encouraged to revise for grammar and sentence structure prior to submission.

Please allow four to six weeks for a response from us.
